chakra yog therapy at spatium #spatium

Several times people asked me “what are the Chakras?”

In order to understand the concept of Chakras we have to be open minded… Yes open minded! I have seen so many times here at Spatium people who dismiss the concept as a mere nonsense superstitious religious beliefs! “I do not believe in that kind of things” some of them said. Or those who are less abrupt ask: “Does this really work? Really??” “I suppose you need to believe in all that New Era stuff and it is like a placebo effect; if you have a suggestible mind, you will believe in anything and you will think it does work!” By being skeptical and dismissing other concepts just because we do not know anything about it is missing opportunities to do something good for ourselves!

Sometimes, we are so prompt to judge and we do not give a chance to learn, to learn about other cultures which can offer us different concepts, healing methods and philosophies that will help us to view our life under other perspectives.

Chakras is a concept coming from India, found in Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. Chakra means in Sanskrit wheel, cycle, turn of life force, is thought to be an energy point or node in the subtle body. The  point of entry of a vortex where this energy that gives life enters the body and it is channeled through different vessels called Nadis through which the life force (prana) or vital energy moves.

According to tantric texts, but there are seven chakras that are considered to be the most important ones.

These cultures believe that we are energy bodies, we are interconnect and part of a whole energetic universe, a “life force” power that it has its own intelligence and it is the conscious manifestation of life.

We are more than matter,  more than a chemistry set, life is bigger than that! For thousands of years the Vedas have taught us that we are energy! Like we have discovered in the 20th century that  quantum physics is real, clouds of electrons that behave in funny ways and that we are all connected as we have the same components than the starts in the universe!

The function of the chakras is to spin and draw in this energy to keep the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body in balance.

How did I come across with the Chakras?

When I was doing my Reiki courses I learnt a little bit and also in Yoga classes however, my main instruction came from  Neeta Singhal founder of Chakra Yog. She created it as a pathway to help people achieve awareness on Chakra Science, Chakra healing and its remedies to lead an empowered life. Chakra Yog helps individuals rise above the cycle of failures, fears, diseases, financial instability, poor relationships and stress.

I found out her website and I got more and more fascinated by it and I bought some Yantras (holy mystical geometrical shapes charged with very powerful energy), and I started to notice big improvements in my life, not only physical but in my finances that open the project Spatium.

I got so memorised by them that I contact Neeta and I bought the franchise for the UK. She trained me for over a year and I am still with so much to learn. I have been the Chakra Yog representative for the UK for the past three years and I noticed that my life have changed so much since I started using the RRST!

There are dozens of Chakras in the body but generally we work with main 7 chakras in the body. They are essential for your physical, mental and spiritual health. Each chakra controls specific organs in the body and are in turn governed by expressions, feelings and senses.

As you go through different experiences and challenges that life poses to you, your thoughts, attitudes and reactions which tend towards fears or negativity, block your chakras. Once chakras get blocked, the free flow of energy to the chakras gets inhibited and you develop emotional disorder and physical ailment related to the chakras. These negative emotions, faulty beliefs or rigid, dogmatic spiritual perceptions have to be released in order to open the chakras. By working with your Chakras, you can clear away the stagnant negative energy/ belief that does not serve your highest purpose.

With the unblocking of each chakra, you keep learning the spiritual lessons of life and along with it discover your mental and spiritual power. When you work on your chakras you gain self-knowledge and innate power that propels your spiritual growth resulting in actualization and realization of your full potential.

The 7 chakras are Muladhara Chakra (Root chakra), Swadhisthana Chakra(Sacral chakra), Manipura Chakra (Solar Pleaxus chakra), Anahata Chakra (Heart chakra), Vishuddha Chakra (Throat chakra), Ajna Chakra (Third Eye chakra) and Sahasrara Chakra (Crown chakra). Each of them rotate at specific frequencies and absorb cosmic energies to vitalise the mind, body and soul. If any of these chakras get blocked, the organs and areas related to them develop disease and the person suffers from physical, mental and emotional ailments.

Neeta has created the most amazing therapy based on years of research!

She found out that the use of the Rudrakshas, (holy seeds that the Hindu legend says the they are the tears of Lord Shiva that when he heard about human suffering he cried and his tears fell on Earth and this tree emerged), the particularity of these seeds is they have specific vibrations that resonates with each chakra. Each seed is different and has different segments and the number of segments will determine the vibration and the benefits to open up the chakras.  Neeta’s therapy is called RRST that involves the use of Rudrakshas (seeds) and Ratna (gems or stones) as crystals and gems have also different vibrations and properties that resonate with the Chakras. To me the best way and practical way to balance the chakras is by the use of the RRST.

How RRST Can Help Open Chakra:

The RRST involves the use of Rudraksha beads and gemstones as well as the correct method of wearing them. They are strung together using an expert method to effectively use their therapeutic powers. With the correct wearing method, these beads and gems resonate with the Chakras thereby balancing them.

RRST gems and Rudraksha beads are recommend following an in-depth consultation with an expert. An RRST session has a one-on-one conversation between the expert and the client wherein problems are discussed in detail, the actual issues are diagnosed and the blocked chakras causing those issues are identified. Based on this and the desired goals, suitable gemstones and Rudraksha beads expertly strung are recommended.  Once worn, the positive results can be experienced in as less as a week’s time.
